We had a a lovely day up on the lake in Burlington ... found lots of good driftwood to use in my wallhangings, felt the warm sun beating down , and hardly a breeze , even on the lakefront! and what a rare occasion to have all of us on an outing together.. that does not happen much anymore .....
I am itching to start some plants/seedlings .. Bill has gotten some good gardening books out of the library , and is keeping a journal of what he is thinking , which is a good idea ...
I want to buy some fruit trees to plant ... what kinds ? a cherry tree... I loved having pear trees last year .. and I want to replace the old almost dead apple tree with a few new ones out back ..
All in all this weather is encouraging as far as the mental health /end of winter blues are concerned ... I know it can turn on a dime and most likely will .. but today was a real gem , a nice gift !
